What Our Riders Are Saying

10 Stars not 5. Was in a Panic no Uber/Lift at 0400AM. Found Mr Chris/ASAP on Google was there as promised in 15 MIN. We made the Flight. Will use ASAP every time we come to Memphis! Collierville was the area and he was there ASAP. Pun intended...

I just recently visited Memphis for a baseball tournament for my son. I needed a taxi at 4:00 am to take us to airport. He assured me not to worry, I will be there and you won't miss your flight. Mr. Chris was there on time and very pleasant, great conversation and excellent ride. If you're ever around the area — Memphis, Georgetown, Millington, Jackson TN — please don't hesitate to call Mr. Chris.

Chris did a great job. I was in Memphis for 3 days and Chris' Lincoln Navigator was my only hired ride for the whole time. Sweet! He even took me to Graceland. Courteous, punctual, and dependable! Thanks again Chris!

Mr. Chris was so lovely! His charming personality made my 50 minute drive from Memphis to Batesville fly by. I would recommend ASAP to anyone visiting the Memphis region!!

My boss took a quick boys trip and Mr. Chris took excellent care of them! Prompt service and a great tour guide as well. They had a great time!

Had a family emergency and called ASAP and they were sooo nice. Family was picked up within an hour and taken to their destination. I would recommend a million more times! You will not be disappointed!

He not only picked me up but also my 2 coworkers, dropped us off at a meeting, came back to get us, took us to dinner & then back to our hotels. He also picked me up at 6am for my flight. His car is super clean and he is just an all around amazing guy! If he is available, grab him because his phone never stops ringing. Thank you Chris for the amazing service!!

Transportation to and from Memphis airport. Mr. Chris is absolutely professional, responsive, courteous and reliable. I travel to Memphis from Detroit to see my grand babies and Mr. Chris of ASAP is my go-to transportation always! He is patient and accountable and there for me! He has NEVER disappointed me and is ALWAYS ready to serve. A wonderful human being who is kind and understanding. I highly recommend this transportation service!

I highly recommend ASAP Car and Taxi Service! Chris was fantastic and very helpful. Due to weather and flight issues, we had to reschedule our transportation to the following day last minute and Chris was very kind and understanding. He took great care of us. Thanks, Chris!

Chris was great! I had an early morning flight and he was the only one who would guarantee a pick up. Enjoyable, comfortable ride to the airport, would definitely use ASAP again!

Mr. Chris is the best driver in Memphis by far! Car is clean and he's super friendly and accommodating. I won't use anyone else for my family!

Nothing more reassuring than to hear a voice tell you a ride is in route to pick up a loved one needing help. Thank you Mr. Chris, you have my respect and heartfelt appreciation for your expediency! Much love to ya from Cabledogs LLC of South Texas!!!

My grandfather and I used Mr. Chris for a 20 minute ride into downtown Memphis and back, for only 40 dollars per way. He kept us entertained the whole ride and was super friendly. I'd recommend that you use him too.

Mr. Chris saved my trip. After flight delays landed me late to my car rental pickup, my reserved car was rented out to someone else. He was able to work with me on rides to all of my appointments and pre-scheduled my trip to the airport. He's my go-to for any future trip here for me and for any of my colleagues visiting the area.

Mr. Chris is professional, courteous and patient. I highly recommend this service. Huge thank you for your leadership. Delighted to call upon you for my next trip to Memphis, Tennessee. Huge warm southern welcome! I shall not be a stranger now!

Mr. Chris, very awesome guy. Most reliable in Memphis. I called last minute, he showed no questions. Got me to where I needed to go and had a blast doing it. Enjoyed the music as well! Thank you Mr. Chris!

Five stars for ASAP and Chris/Chris Jr.! Uber left me stranded on my ride to the airport and I needed someone reliable to get home when I returned. Chris Jr. arrived early ahead of my expected arrival and waited even after my plane was delayed for a half-hour. He chose the best route considering conditions and got me home with no issues. Will be using this service in place of Uber and Lyft anytime I fly from now on.

When I say Mr. Chris saved us, I am not kidding. We were in a real pinch because there were no Ubers or Lyfts available early in Memphis. On short notice, Mr. Chris got us to central station and we made our train with time to spare. He was funny and personable too!

Mr. ASAP saved the day! I scheduled a Lyft the night prior to my flight because I had to leave early morning and even with scheduling one — NO CARS were available. The front desk called Mr. ASAP. He was at the airport and turned right around to come to the hotel to pick me up and he made sure I got there on time! The fastest ride of my life! I appreciate him! I made it to my flight in the nick of time.

Mr. Chris provided a safe and comfortable drive for me from the car mechanic to my airbnb. He helped me to feel at home as he told me about the area of Memphis that I'd be staying in. 10 out of 10 — would recommend!
